Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Test Planning: Develop, document, and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce solutions.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Automation Testing: Create and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process and QA methodologies.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce Quality Assurance.
Real Estate Knowledge: Must have experience in the real estate industry, understanding its specific processes and requirements.
Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Testing Tools: Proficiency in using QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Automation Experience: Experience with automation frameworks and tools specific to Salesforce.
Project Management: Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
