Job Description

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with sales team, admin team, finance team, projects team and Directors to determine and understand CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Design and implement complex reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to management and end users.
• Collaborate with techno-functionals to gather and understand business requirements, and then design and implement Salesforce solutions
• to meet those needs, including DocuSign and Nintex Drawloop integration.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve escalated support requests and system issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end users.
• Lead data management efforts, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, deployments, and processes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, DocuSign, Nintex Drawloop, and best practices to ensure our instance remains current and efficient.
• Admin Certification is mandatory.
• Advanced Admin and Developer certification is preferred.
• Lead deployments of changes and enhancements in a controlled and efficient manner.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Manage sandbox instances such as creating and refreshing the sandboxes.
• User Management with suitable Roles and Profile
• Documentation of user guides for support activities.
• Exposure in doing RCA for issues reported in Production.

Salesforce Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering. Preferably Salesforce certified.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience with application and software development.
• Mandatory experience in UAE Real estate domain.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
• Working knowledge of mavens Mate or eclipse.
• Good knowledge on the additional plugins required for salesforce.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to project manage.
• Strong Communications skills
• Ability to solve problem sets
• Familiarity with Big Data
• Ability to multitask
• Project management skills
• Ability to liaison with non programmers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
