As a Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant (M/F), your main missions will be to: Solve interesting and complex technical problems; Contribute to creative and proactive ways to improve business processes and reduce operating costs within the company; Administer Salesforce and ensure data quality; Develop and manage partner and customer communities; Configure workflow and Apex coding to automate and optimize business processes; Engage with vendors, third-party applications to create and maintain integration APIs.
En tant que, Consultant Confirmé en CRM Salesforce (H/F), vous principales missions seront de : Résoudre des problèmes techniques intéressants et complexes ; Contribuer à des façons créatives et proactives d'améliorer les processus métier et de réduire les coûts d'exploitation dans l'entreprise ; Administration de Salesforce et contrôle de la qualité des données ; Développement et gestion de la communauté partenaire et clients; Configuration du flux de travail et codage Apex pour automatiser et optimiser les processus métier ; S'engager avec des fournisseurs, applications tierces pour créer et maintenir des API d'intégration.
Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (BAC+5) and a minimum of 2 years of experience on Salesforce CRM. Required skills: Mastery of Salesforce CRM; Knowledge of AGILE and SCRUM methodologies is a plus; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
