Job PurposeThis role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the organization\'s business needs. In addition, the role will be in charge of customize and extend the Salesforce platform, ensuring its effectiveness and scalability in supporting business processes and driving customer engagement. System Development

• Designing, coding, and implementing salesforce applications.
• Create scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.
• Oversee and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of user administration including user setup, roles, permissions, and profiles.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline and optimize the quote generation process.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to enhance CPQ functionalities and efficiency.
• Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around features and process changes.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs in the Salesforce and implement appropriate solutions.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure successful deployment of new features and functionalities with minimal disruption to users.
• Help and support the entire business in other related IT systems and the integrations between them when required as 3rd level support.

Collaboration and Communication

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and business objectives.

Job SpecificationEducation

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field
