Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its features, Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design assitance. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Should have clear understanding on out-of-the-box features versus custom builds in Salesforce design principles. 3. Planning and prioritizing requirement with Product Owner, Coordination of different PODs, discussion and planning of cross functional requirement. Coordinate with project stakeholders and participate in the planning and execution of projects. 4. Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the system meets their needs and identifying opportunities for Salesforce solutions. 5. Low code knowledge to Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, including role, profile, permission set, custom fields, page layouts, formula fields, validation rules, Flows. Document system configurations, data models, and core processes. 6. Conduct functional testing of Salesforce solutions, Support Preprod Testing and production promote readiness.(Go live readiness meeting/Post deployment steps etc) 7. Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to support system configuration, maintenance, and user management, ensuring the platform meets business requirements and operates efficiently. Provide training and support to Salesforce users and manage user roles and security. 8. Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to the organization.
