The Role PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Support digital trade engagement programs to position the company as a preferred business partner for retail trade. Implement communication initiatives with trade partners via digital communication tools, constantly increasing efficiency and impact of commercial activities. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: DIGITAL TRADE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTATION & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT - Assist and support the company with digital trade engagement platform on its day today operation - Communicate & troubleshoot with retailers through phone calls & chat - Coordinate with various stakeholders both internally and externally - Conduct surveys and compile results on the platform - Analyze feedback received from various stakeholders and provide insights to the management - Be the first point of contact for any trouble shooting on the platform - Support and evaluate the program - Maintain the platform and add insights to develop the platform - In a consistent and accurate manner execute, monitor and evaluate digital trade engagement programs in order to ensure superior execution of approved programs mechanics and proper communication of programs essentials and benefits to the retail partners BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND DATA MANAGEMENT - Consistently analyze digital trade engagement programs KPIs and competitive activities at retail in order to identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance. - Respond to, collect and consolidate business information according to defined scope, format & deadlines and through utilization of systems in place. B2B Programs Administration - Ac as a main contact point for B2B Program related matters - Communicate & troubleshoot between retailers & the distributor for B2B Related matters - Maintain the platform and add insights to develop the platform
