Build Well is seeking an experienced

Salesforce Administrator

with at least

3 years of experience in the real estate industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance business processes, improve data management, and support our sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and customize Salesforce to meet business needs. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. Automate workflows, processes, and reporting using Salesforce tools. Ensure data integrity and perform regular system audits. Integrate Salesforce with other real estate-related tools and platforms. Provide training and support to users across different departments. Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to improve CRM efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a

Salesforce Administrator

in the

real estate industry

. Strong knowledge of

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience

. Experience with workflow automation, custom reports, dashboards, and process builder. Ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
