Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Provide clients with expert advice on fire safety solutions (fire extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, safety systems).
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Stay updated on the latest fire safety regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Track and report on sales progress, client feedback, and market trends.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure clients are fully satisfied with products and services, addressing any concerns promptly.
Offer ongoing customer support and advice on fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., installation, maintenance, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing to help promote fire safety products through campaigns and events.
