Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers in-store and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and technical support for automotive accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Male candidates aged 25-35 years old.
• Must be fluent in Arabic.
• Must be currently residing in UAE
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• A passion for cars and automotive accessories is highly desirable.
