Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, assess client needs, and suggest appropriate products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
• Manage customer requirements, provide product education, and deliver post-sales support Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align strategies and optimize outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in sales, specifically in the building materials sector, Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driving license is a must.
• Proven track record in building materials sales preferably from Electrical trading sales background (LED lighting, switches and sockets, exhaust fans)
