The Sales Training Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training programs for the sales team within the real estate development sector. This includes designing and delivering training materials to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the real estate sector, particularly in the Dubai market, and will possess strong leadership and communication skills to drive sales performance through training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Program Development and Delivery:
• Design and implement a comprehensive sales training program tailored to the real estate development sector in Dubai, focusing on sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer service.
• Develop specialized training modules that focus on real estate market trends, property investment knowledge, legal regulations, and the competitive landscape in Dubai.
• Deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing sales staff.
• Conduct ongoing training and coaching to improve individual and team sales performance.
• Sales Team Support:
• Provide continuous support to the sales team to improve their knowledge and skills, ensuring they are equipped to handle client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and close sales effectively.
• Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to assess the effectiveness of training programs, offering constructive feedback and solutions.
• Product Knowledge Training:
• Ensure the sales team has an in-depth understanding of the company's real estate offerings, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Update and refine training content to reflect any changes or updates in the company's portfolio, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
• Sales Process Optimization:
• Collaborate with the sales department to streamline sales processes, ensuring that training aligns with best practices for lead generation, client management, and closing techniques.
• Assist in the implementation of CRM systems and sales tools, providing relevant training on how to maximize their use for improved sales tracking and customer relationship management.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting:
• Track and measure the success of training programs by assessing sales performance, retention rates, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of training programs and offer recommendations for further improvements.
• Market Awareness & Industry Trends:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors in the Dubai market.
• Integrate market insights into training sessions to ensure the sales team is always ahead of industry developments.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and motivate the training team, if applicable, ensuring high engagement and successful implementation of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and Sales leaders to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales training or real estate are an advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales training role, preferably within the real estate development sector.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering sales training programs, with an understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation strategies, and client management in real estate sales.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and motivate the sales team.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
