Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs for our Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching for new and existing Sales Managers. Market & Product Knowledge: Keep staff informed on the latest market trends, project launches, and company listings. Technology & CRM Training: Train staff on internal CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools. Content Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and online learning content. Collaboration: Work closely with managers, HR, and marketing teams to align training with business objectives. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales methodologies, and training innovations.
Requirements

Essential:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience training, sales coaching, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of learning and development processes and theory, in particular training. Training Skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Personal Attributes: Proactive, motivational, and adaptable with a passion for learning and development.
Desired:

Real Estate Experience: Any level of experience of employment in the Dubai Real Estate market.
Education: Qualification in learning and development, training, real estate, or a related field preferred. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, RERA laws, and property sales process.
