Our company has an exciting opportunity for a driven, focused, and knowledgeable Sales Trainer to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, along with proven experience in training teams and individuals on valuable sales techniques.

As a leader, you will spend a small part of your day to regularly interacting with the customers by making outbound calls and sending chats and lead/ train by example. You will not hesitate to pick the headset of a Sales Associate and call customers whereby demonstrating to a better way to interact with customer, if they needs assistance.

The focus of the role is to improve the quality of customer interactions, sales pitch, closing, upselling to existing customers and prospects. The Sales Trainer will also assist the management in identifying strong salespeople within the company who can take the leadership role in due course. Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions to maximize skills and potential of Sales Associates and Team Leaders.
• Review and analyze current sales process functions, identifying strong existing sales talent within the business.
• Oversee and manage the company's new hire training programs for sales personnel. Onboard new hires and provide requisite training to make them market-ready on product and services.
• Hold regular training session of existing Sales Associates
• Develop effective plans to improve various aspects of the sales training available in the company.
• Work in collaboration with the QA Team. Take their inputs in designing, and constantly improving new sales training content and approach.
• Hold one-one-one and group training sessions and answer any questions Associates may have.
• Develop and implement effective training plans, content for training sessions, and KPIs to keep track of staff training.
• Continuously research, test and implement best practices on sales training, including objection handling, product knowledge, and other related techniques.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and solve potential issues relating to training and staff coverage.
• Work with various department managers and executives to present and discuss information on training performance.
• Ensure continuous improvement plans are in place for regular training and development of sales personnel.

Requirements: • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu speaking is a must besides excellent written and spoken skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of previous sales industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar training role
• Strong understanding of staff relations and training demand
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Experience of working in an i-Gaming industry would be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload
• Able to understand and work in line with SLA's and KPIs
