The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the real estate market. This role requires a sales expert with a passion for teaching, strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored sales training programs for new and existing sales agents, focusing on the Dubai real estate market.
Provide training on real estate sales techniques, customer relationship management, market analysis, negotiation strategies, and lead generation.
Conduct workshops, one-on-one coaching, and role-playing sessions to ensure team members are confident and proficient in their roles.
Identify gaps in the team\'s sales knowledge and skills, and create targeted training interventions.
Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in Dubai to ensure training content is relevant and up to date.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance post-training to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in a competitive market.
Foster a positive and high-energy learning environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training strategies with business goals and KPIs.
Utilize various training methods (in-person, virtual, video tutorials) to accommodate different learning styles.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Agent, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property sales processes, regulations, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire sales professionals.
Ability to design training programs and materials tailored to the needs of different sales agents.
Track record of improving sales performance through effective training and coaching.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess sales trends, identify weaknesses, and develop effective training solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and training platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt training to meet evolving market conditions.
UAE real estate experience is highly desirable.
