Role Overview:

As a Sales Trainee, you'll support our team by managing key coordination tasks with brokerage companies and real estate agents.

You'll assist with scheduling, and support project presentations.

This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry, even without previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Brokerage Companies & Real Estate Agents: Schedule and organize meetings with brokerage firms and real estate agents for project updates, presentation and collaborations. Assist with Project Presentations: Help prepare and assist in presenting our project to brokerage firms. Phone Calls: Manage phone calls and email correspondence to arrange meetings, share information, and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.
Who We're Looking For:

No prior experience required: Ideal for those looking to start their career with a developer company. Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with real estate professionals on the phone and via email. Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and track project milestones. Proactive & Motivated: Ready to take initiative and assist the team wherever needed. Team Player: Ability to work well within a supportive and dynamic team environment. Interest in Real Estate: A genuine passion for real estate development and learning the business.
