Sales Team Leader
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a team of 3-5 sales executives to achieve sales goals.
? Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance.
? Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure consistent
performance.
? Monitor individual and team progress against targets and provide regular feedback.
? Prepare detailed performance reports and present them to management.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in sales, with international
sales exposure.
? Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
? Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
? Knowledge of the travel industry is an added advantage.
? Must provide experience certificates, references, and target achievement reports
from previous employers.
? Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
? Willing to sign a 2-year bond with Ztartvisa.
