Asset Homez International Properties is currently seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate industry.

Job Perks:

• Up to AED10,000 basic salary per month plus team commission up to 12%

• Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and navigating negotiation processes to ensure fair deals.
• Planning monthly sales targets for own self as well as the team and executing them within the given time frame.
• Handling sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets for the team.
• Creating new business prospects across various geographies to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Presenting our projects to customers and managing activities related to contract negotiation and completion.
• Effectively managing client inquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Being knowledgeable about the market and all new projects.
• Managing a portfolio of listings and clients.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in email communication.
• Well-presented with good work ethics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
