We are looking for a dynamic

Tele Sales Team Lead

to drive our sales team toward achieving and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in tele sales. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and managing a team of telesales representatives while ensuring exceptional customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Supervision

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Sales Strategy Execution

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue growth.

Training & Development

- Provide coaching and training to improve team performance, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Performance Monitoring

- Track individual and team sales performance through key metrics and take corrective actions when needed.

Customer Engagement

- Ensure high-quality interactions with potential customers, enhancing their buying experience.

Process Optimization

- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis

- Generate reports on sales performance, call quality, and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Tele Sales Team Lead

or in a similar supervisory role. Strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills. Ability to train and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Hands-on experience with CRM software and tele sales tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
