Description In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture.Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants focused on off-plan property sales.
Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for off- plan developments.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
Coordinate with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to potential buyers.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and property tours.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
