Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of business setup consultants. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, including client engagement, project management, and team performance. The Team Lead will also collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in business setup and company formation in the UAE
• Expertise in project management and client engagement
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in English
