Stay updated on local and regional real estate market developments.
Client Relations:
Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Transaction Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including listing, marketing, negotiations, and closing.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
