: Sales Professionals for Banking Products

A leading DSA (Direct Sales Agency) is seeking qualified and efficient sales professionals with experience in selling banking products, mainly Credit Cards & Personal Finance .

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Banking products such as credit card sales or personal loans.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and who are willing to work in a target-based role are welcome to apply.
• Must be available in the UAE for immediate joining.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills, with a strong passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure within a team.
• Qualification : Any University Degree (Bachelors or Masters).

Job Profile:

• Achieve and exceed monthly assigned sales targets.
• Identify and approach potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Negotiate terms & conditions between the bank and the customer.
• Stay updated with bank policies and ensure clients comply with them.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers.
