We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities globally.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Support, you will identify and generate new business leads to enhance our sales pipeline. Your focus will be on initiating outbound campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and qualifying leads, while collaborating with sales team to maximize conversion rates and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential leads and opportunities in the hospitality, gaming, and government sectors across international markets.
• Conduct research using various tools, databases, and social media platforms to gather key decision-makers' contact details.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging business opportunities.
• Facilitate calls and emails to prospective leads, scheduling and coordinating discussions with potential clients and existing customers.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and track detailed records of lead activities and qualification statuses.
• Analyse and assess lead potential based on Samsotech products and solutions.
• Sales Team Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with the Sales teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to reporting managers.
• Stay aligned with company goals and targets, contributing to the achievement of sales KPIs.
• Follow-up & Engagement:
• Ensure ongoing communication with leads, advancing them through the sales funnel.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and direct leads to appropriate sales contacts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (hospitality or tech sector preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and build strong relationships.
• Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Research Skills: Ability to effectively research prospects, industries, and competitors.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working well with sales team.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and report on metrics.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
