Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Sales Support Officer

to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts; Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows); Distribute project-related copies to internal teams; Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients; Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed; Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance; Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage; Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents; Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records; Maintaining the security of confidential documents; Registering all incoming and outcoming documents.

What we are expecting from you:

Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE; Fluent in English; Must be available in UAE; Excellent communication & negotiation skills; Ability to work under stressful conditions.
