• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
• Assist with the resolution of customer queries related to telecom services, billing, or technical issues.
• Track the status of orders and coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure timely installation and service activation.
