- Attend Customer Calls, receive inquiries, evaluate them, and liaise with principals and suppliers to prepare the offer.
- Submit Official Offer to Customers.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaise with Account Team to Prepare Performa Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Review of Financial Documents (L/C).
- Coordinate with Logistics Companies & Forwarders to Manage All Activities of Import / Export.
- Bachelor\'s degree (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering).
- Experience (College/Work) in the industrial field with a preference in Valves / Fittings / Pipes / Flanges in (Oil & Gas / Petrochem Field).
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent formal written and oral English.
- Eagerness to learn about (New products / Sales / Logistics).
- Ready to travel (when necessary).
- Arabic communication skills are preferred.
- Technical knowledge of valves/pumps / fittings is a plus.
- Digital Marketing knowledge (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Driving license is preferred.
- Compensation of Medical Insurance
- Traveling Ticket to home Country (Once/ Year)
