Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Technical Support: Assist the sales team with technical aspects of telecom/industrial test & measurement equipment and Fiber Optic related tools and equipment, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing customer queries.\xc2\xb7 Proposal Development: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation, ensuring that all client needs and technical specifications are met.\xc2\xb7 Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, offering solutions and support throughout the sales process.\xc2\xb7 Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, including coordinating with logistics, inventory, and finance teams.\xc2\xb7 Market Research: Assist in identifying potential new clients and emerging markets by researching industry trends and competitor products.\xc2\xb7 After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting and technical assistance where necessary.\xc2\xb7 Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and product documentation to support the sales pipeline.\xc2\xb7 Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Supply chain, and customer service teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements.\xc2\xb7 Training & Development: Stay updated on new products and technologies, and participate in ongoing training to improve technical and sales skills.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline).\xc2\xb7 3-5 years of experience in sales support within the Telecom/Industrial Test & Measurement Equipment industry.\xc2\xb7 Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment used in telecom or industrial applications.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret technical data and specifications to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.Preferred Skills:\xc2\xb7 Experience in RF (Radio Frequency) testing or network analysis equipment.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in telecom or industrial sectors.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable Splicing equipment and related tools\xc2\xb7 AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other engineering software is an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Multilingual capabilities are a plus.Remuneration\xc2\xb7 Up to AED 7000 with family StatusPlace of Posting\xc2\xb7 Dubai
