Our company's focus is to manufacture condiments, sauces, syrups, powder products and beverages and deliver products of excellent value and quality. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator which will help contribute towards achievement of sales targets and successfully coordinated all sales activities. The successful candidate will become a point of reference for colleagues and clients by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

Job Responsibilities



Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department

Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales and marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently

Inputting orders into the system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time

Helping the sales team by providing them with product samples and other up-to-date support materials

Handling customer queries and informing them of delivery dates and schedules, along with delivery delays if any

Respond to customer complaints and provide them with after-sales support as and when required

To develop necessary understanding of company products

Build on existing customer relationships while monitoring and scheduling of new and follow-up orders

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering the emails and handling orders by phone

Provide with product shipment support and handle all shipment laws and regulations

Job Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 1 year or more of experience in sales support, administration & coordination Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, sales and customer service abilities Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve results Comfort in a performance metric-oriented environment Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines Ability to build lasting customer business relationships Knowledge of updated Municipality and Import/Export Rules and Regulations Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably Competence with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting
