Responsibilities:
• Customer Assistance:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Sales Team Support:
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts as required.
• Follow up on leads generated by sales campaigns or inquiries.
• Order Processing:
• Enter and manage orders accurately in the company's CRM or order management system.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, such as shipping delays or product discrepancies.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Generate reports on sales and customer activities for management review.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales support role or similar customer service position.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
