Job Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team in Ras Al-Khaimah, ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes, and maintaining excellent communication. This role involves coordination, documentation management, and proactive assistance to optimize the effectiveness of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales databases.
• Encoding and expediting sales invoice.
• Updating the database of each customer in a timely manner.
• Have a thorough understanding of the company's products to validate invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as accounts, logistics, and marketing to ensure that requirements are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of sales-related documents.
• Preparing stock list, check stocks with daily entries.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Experience with ERP software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Proven administrative flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English language is required.
Work Environment:
The Sales Support Coordinator's base location is Ras Al-Khaimah and a showroom setting, collaborating closely with the sales team and various internal departments.
