Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Processing orders received, making sales orders / invoices, creating New Item codes, checking inventory status and ordering items with Vendors/Suppliers via Microsoft Business Central (MBC) and Manzil (our internal portal)
• Maintaining a master order tracker for efficient/effective order tracking and managing timely delivery by communicating with suppliers and customers consistently & effectively.
• Communicate with shipping, logistics & warehouse dept. to ensure orders are shipped and received in our WH and delivered on time to the customers.
• Updating customers about their order status, to keep customers informed on the estimated delivery date.
• Assisting the sales team for Securing payments by sending Proforma invoices, SOA to the customer & Follow-up for payments with Customers Accounts Receivables team. (Mainly for non-credit orders)
• Coordinate with vendors, our accounts dept. and Sales team to resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Periodically track inventory levels and process inventory replenishment stock orders.
• Maintain an organized filing system for orders (sales & purchase) and related documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• an Abu Dhabi-based candidate who can join immediately
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
