Responsibility
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Managing and overseeing the sales team to ensure they meet individual and team sales objectives.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
4. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
5. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Setting sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
7. Training and developing sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
8. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
9. Managing sales budgets and expenses effectively.
10. Providing regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Requirement
Having minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales in all types of market in UAE.
Should handle A class, B class and other types of markets.
Should handle the sales and clients independently
Should be able to generate sales from new market.
Should have good customer relations and contacts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
