Sales Supervisor/Manager,

Reporting to:- Sales and marketing Director:-

Job Overview: Coffee Shop Pastry Sales Supervisor/ Manager is responsible for driving sales and expanding the business by securing new pastry orders from coffee shops and cafes. This role involves building relationships with local businesses, developing sales strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of pastry catering services. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of both the pastry and coffee shop markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Proactively seek and secure new pastry catering orders from coffee shops, cafes, and other food service establishments.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with coffee shop owners and managers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Proposal Creation: Create customized proposals and menu options that meet the unique needs of each coffee shop client.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with new and existing clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaboration with Production Teams: Work closely with the pastry chefs and production teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and timely deliveries.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote the company's offerings and generate leads.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food service, pastry, or catering industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of coffee shop operations and familiarity with pastry products is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales within the food industry, particularly with coffee shops or bakeries.
• Knowledge of current pastry trends and customer preferences in the coffee shop market.
• A passion for food, especially pastries, and an understanding of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into producing them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
