Job Description

Amrut Pure Drinking Water LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations, manage a team of salesmen, and increase customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively managing and motivating the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Supervise and lead a team of salesmen to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage daily sales activities, routes, and schedules of the sales team.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with management to set sales goals and strategies for market expansion.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer management, and route planning.
• Experience in the mineral water industry is highly appreciated.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using sales management tools and software.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
