Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Salesman to join our team, specializing in shoes and fashion display. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of product presentation. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail when it comes to product placement and store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in choosing shoes and fashion items that suit their preferences.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively closing sales and upselling products.
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including sizing, material, and care instructions.
• Product Display and Merchandising:
• Ensure all shoes and fashion items are displayed according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including the layout of the display and ensuring items are properly stocked.
• Regularly review the sales floor and adjust displays to highlight new arrivals or promotions.
• Work closely with the team to create seasonal or promotional displays that drive customer interest.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist with stock inventory, replenishment, and stock rotation to ensure the store remains fully stocked with popular products.
• Help with receiving and organizing new stock shipments, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels.
• Track and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage return visits.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote loyalty programs and store promotions to enhance customer retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in footwear and fashion, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current footwear and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail, particularly in visual merchandising.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Desirable Qualities:

• A passion for shoes, fashion, and styling.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising or display management.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience, with a focus on shoes, fashion, or accessories, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
