Looking For Sales Supervisor who have experience in Automotive/Insurance Industries in UAE.Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the teams sales performance to achieve set revenue, profitability and customer service targets. The role involves overseeing and monitoring day to-day plans of the team, making realistic forecasts based on deals closed each week as well as overseeing the teams daily activities to review sales progress as per set dealer standards.
Oversees and monitors the teams sales plans/activities to achieve branch targets/goals related to
unit sales, trade-in appraisals, deliveries, identifying prospective customers, over-aged reservations,incoming leads report and CSI
Reviews the teams sales progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to suggest a realistic forecast and accordingly modify action plans
Receives and cascades set strategy, and drives its success within the team to ensure alignment with
set action plans.placement, Motor-shows etc and jointly review outcomes.Manager and concerned Sales Consultant(s) to review progress/performance and provide feedback as needed.People Management
Nominates and assigns Sales Consultants to man/cover outdoor events as required i.e. product
Remains up-to-date and comprehensively understands DRS, HR Policies, and Groups processes in general, including code of conduct, disciplinary actions, etc to confidently apply them as applicable
Channelizes business opportunities and negotiates with customers to help close deals. This includes managing customer queries and suggesting potential solutions.
Oversees and monitors Special vehicle order intake, assists Sales Consultants where necessary, and reviews order details to ensure customers are fully aware of and agree with the terms and conditions and down-payment is collected in-line with set policies. This includes obtaining Line Managers approval on pricing.
Drives team to update lead-management report to facilitate management review
Receives and acknowledges customers complaints and resolves issues to maintain customer satisfaction. This includes making recommendations for settling complex issues
Oversees and monitors trade-in appraisals and subsequent trading of cars to contribute to set trade-in targets.
Updates and prepares Monthly appraisal form and conducts/attends meetings with the Line
Monitors the KPIs for the team to meet the departments sales performance and customer service
Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
