Sales Supervisor- Arabic Speaker Only

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Surrounding Areas

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team across Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and surrounding areas . The ideal candidate must be a Billingual Arabic speaker with exceptional leadership skills and with exceptional leadership skills and proven experience in mobile accessories and electronics sales wholesale and distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led and manage the sales team in Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and surrounding areas to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Expand market reach by identifying growth opportunities and opening new shops in key markets such as individual retailers (IR), malls, and various strategic locations .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
• Effectively communicate the value and quality of our product range to customers, driving brand visibility and sales engagement.
• Monitor team performance, track sales achievements.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily and monthly reports on sales, collections, and market activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, or similar regions .
• Strong background in electronics and mobile accessories sales.
• Valid UAE manual driving license.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the assigned regions as required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in Arabic (proficiency in English is a plus).
• Arabic speakers only.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team, work independently, and meet ambitious sales targets.
