A leading automotive organization in Muscat, Oman is currently seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor, who will collaborate with the sales team and work alongside various internal departments to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the team. Foster strong customer relationships and address inquiries and complaints. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience. Prepare sales reports and recommendations for improvement. Continuously improve sales processes and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field . 7+ years of experience in Automotive Sales. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Valid driving license. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
