As a Sales Supervisor, IN FOOD DISTRIBUTION COMPANY

To ensure full compliance with sales, price management, promotion, and merchandising

Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone

Making appointments with and meeting new customers

Agreeing on sales, prices, contracts, and payments

Meeting sales targets

Promoting new products and any special deals

Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service

Recording orders and sending details to the sales office

To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per the sales plan.

To ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented.

Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management's review

To ensure collection through pro-active evaluation and management of receivables to achieve collection targets as set by sales management.

Develop and maintain amicable win-win relationships with key customers.

Evaluate outlet dates, call targets, and trade information on a regular basis to drive improvement in sales efficiency.

Giving feedback on sales trends in the markets.

Key Requirements:

High school diploma or Degree.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG companies in UAE Markets.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
• Disciplined approach to the management of people and work
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver targets within tight deadlines.
• Creative problem solving
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

- Monthly Salary : up to AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 (Including Accommodation)

- Other Benefits : Company Car, Fuel Mobile & Sim, and other benefits as per UAE law.
