This role involves monitoring sales activities, providing guidance and training to the team, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The Sales Supervisor will work closely with the sales team to enhance productivity, resolve challenges, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG market, and the ability to drive sales performance in a competitive environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Monitor daily sales activities and ensure that sales strategies are being effectively implemented.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and meet revenue goals.Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.Foster strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management.Address any operational issues or challenges that may impact sales performance.Set monthly targets and KPIs for the sales team and put required control metrics and help the team with the required tools to achieve them.Conduct daily market visits with all team members to ensure excellency in execution, visibility KPIS being achieved and implemented, as well as delivering 100% On-Shelf-Availability (OSA) at all times.Monitor daily productivity of the sales team and work with the sales management team on improving the processes to elevate efficiency.
