Job Summary



We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee our sales team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will play a key role in developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, with proven leadership capabilities and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

. Team Management

:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Sales Strategy Implementation

:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies designed to achieve revenue goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales tactics.

Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and campaigns to boost sales.

Performance Monitoring

:

Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.

Set and communicate clear sales objectives and KPI expectations for the team.

Customer Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.

Address customer complaints and queries effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Inventory Management

:

Work with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product availability meets customer demand.

Make recommendations for stock replenishment based on sales trends and forecasts.

Compliance and Reporting

:

Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of [7 years] experience in sales, with at least [2 years] in a supervisory or leadership role within the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
