We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will provide guidance and support to the sales team, implement sales strategies, and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor sales activities and performance, analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet departmental goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, providing exceptional customer service
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team members
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, inventory management, and sales processes
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
