Job Description

1. Sales Target Implementation

. Fulfill the annual target with the company sales model

. Sales team management

. Assist Regional Supervisor by completing all assigned duties.

2. Market Development

. Conduct the market research and collect information and responsible for gathering information and screening, analysis market scale, growth conditions, competitor situation to make decision on increase sales goal.

Responsible for new product promotion

Understand customer needs and provide solutions and support

Lead the sales & marketing activities including services according to company's strategy.

3. Customer Relation Management

. Provide the guidance of customer relation maintenance to the sales team and deal with the customer complaints.

. Visit VIP customer regularly and follow up the customer need to increase the satisfaction.

4. Sales Management

According to the implementation of sales, regularly analyze sales activities, organize the development of sales schedule control tables, investigate the creditworthiness of customers, check the sales personnel to execute the sales process, order, return, contract and other audits, strengthen sales returns and control business risk

5. Operation management

Train sales team and cultivate talented sales personnel, through communication and incentives dig their potential and achieve the purpose of personnel training.

Supervise sales team to follow company policy and discipline

6. Other Work

. The temporary work assigned by seniors, project based work.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Building Material industry (UAE): 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English,Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

• Mechanical/Civil Bachelor Degree certificate (Required)
