We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Dubai. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing sales staff, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to team members. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales promotions and campaigns. Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. UAE residency or work permit is required.
