We Abdulla Mohammed Noor Saadat Properties are landlord and we own several buildings around Dubai . Currently we are hiring a Real estate sales supervisor who could be able to coordinate with the interested tenants and book the flats and apartments. Responsibilities: 1.Adjust strategies based on sales projections and market conditions 2.Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions 3. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals. 4. Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement 5. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue Requirements: Candidate should be in UAE 1. Experience in relevant field 2. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required 4. Fluency in English & Hindi ( Preferred ) 5.
