Couture Hair Pro is a leading beauty and personal care brand, specializing in premium hair styling tools and products. We operate kiosks in top malls, offering customers high-quality hair care solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee the operations of our kiosk in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales associates, manage daily sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales while maintaining high standards of service.

• REQUIRED: A valid UAE issued driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork to achieve collective goals.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship on product knowledge, customer service, and sales strategies.
• Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: A valid UAE issued driving license.
• 3 to 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mall environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
