Job Summary: A leading car auction company is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience in the automobile industry to join our team at Al Qaryah Cars Auction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in sales within the automobile industry in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
