Sales Supervisor
Job Description
Hiring an experiences Sales Supervisor for a bakery in Ajman. Should be well versed with routes and retail stores in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.
• Primary responsibility of this role will be to bring in additional sales through Van Sales channel
• Initiate new products to compete in market
• Provide feedback on packaging
• Re-arrange routes based on clusters
• Initiate first round of negotiations with Supermarket chains
• Take up reliever's position in case of emergency
• Create route map of each Van Salesman with list of Customers and their daily offtake.
• Assist in hiring new Van Salesman
Salary, Accommodation, Visa & an attractive commission will be offered for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Van Sales: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• UAE manual driving license (Required)
