Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team and drive the growth of our home products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the home products market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Valid UAE driving Licence
• Strong knowledge of the home products market, particularly bed sheets and related items.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
