• Drive sales growth of tissue products and related raw materials.
• Guide and train team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on raw materials and their application to clients.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of sales experience, including field experience and raw material knowledge (preferably in the tissue or paper industry).
